Why does x402 signup return HTTP 400 before payment?
Read error_code and error in the JSON response. terms_not_accepted means send acceptTerms: true to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; country_required means send country; invalid_country means use a known ISO country code or name. City is optional; invalid_city means correct it to 2–100 characters or omit it. Correct the request before paying. Validation errors do not charge your wallet.
Is the $10 x402 signup payment a fee?
No. Signup is prepaid rather than fee-based: the full $10 becomes spendable balance in the new RentAHuman wallet.
Does x402 signup require an email address?
